Returns
We accept returns only for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Opened Packages
For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, items that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned or refunded.
Once a package has been opened, the sale is considered final.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
